Lose Belly Fat and Have Healthy Weight Loss With Earth Juice A.K.A. - Water Part 3

Make a bigger Impact at work
It is not unlikely at all that you have heard that dehydration is a killer for an athlete’s performance.  It is the sole reason that Florida State University created their own performance drink for their players.  It is also the reason that thermoses and sports bottles are found on every sideline of any sport.  Yet, it is not just athletes that can feel the effects of water loss on performance.  Also affects healthy weight loss and to help aid in to lose belly fat.

It has been determined that one of the many symptoms of dehydration is the inability to concentrate.  This symptom can set in even when a person is just slightly dehydrated.  That being said, it makes logical sense that a person that drinks water throughout the day would be better focused and better able to accomplish the tasks placed before him or her.  Hydration is especially important for those individuals that are physically active during the day.  That might mean increasing daily intake from eight glasses to ten or twelve glasses of water per day if you are busy building, shoveling, lifting, or being otherwise physically challenged.

As for those of us that are planted at a desk each and every day, it is still very important that we stay hydrated for all of those reasons already mentioned and more.  It has been found that those that keep a glass, thermos, or bottle of water on their desk all day drink far more water than those that are forced to go to the sink or cooler to retrieve it.  This might be the key to pushing more of the good stuff into you.

Aside from concentration, there is another major concern in the workplace that can be dealt with if one simply increases water intake.  That is fatigue.  Feeling tired is not only very annoying; it also makes it very difficult for a person to perform at all.  Water removes the toxins from our body, so when we don’t drink enough of it the toxins are allowed to take over.  The heart is forced, as a result, to work harder to get the blood to our extremities and brain.  The body will quickly begin to feel the effects of less oxygen – delivered with the blood.  We then begin to feel tired and weak.  This can also result in changes in mood.  A person that feels tired, sick, or unmotivated is less likely to find the positive in life and therefore less likely to be outwardly happy.  That can further inhibit a person from doing well at his or her job.

Water is an even bigger friend to those that are currently practicing a weight loss regime.  The exercise that is so integral to getting the desired muscle tone is less likely to be successful when one is dehydrated.

Consider the many symptoms of dehydration that have already been discussed.  A workout relies on the person feeling energetic, happy and motivated.  If those things are zapped because the person isn’t drinking enough water, then the exercise program is doomed from the start.  Furthermore, sickness is the number one thing that will keep a person from the gym.  Keeping the body hydrated will lessen the chances that a person gets ill.  It can help fight the wintertime colds, bugs, and the flu.  It will keep the digestive system on track and will prevent stomach problems that make us feel less like jumping on the treadmill or placing another plate on the bar.  Water also reduces the chances of sprain or strain because it allows the joints and muscles the proper lubrication needed for an efficient workout. Water also aids in Healthy weight loss and to help lose belly fat.

These are not the only factors that water has an impact on.  Water is also a cooling agent.  If the body cannot sweat, because it is dehydrated, then it cannot get properly cooled.  The hotter the body gets, the logier a person will feel and the more dangerous a workout becomes.
