Lose Belly Fat and Have Healthy Weight Loss With Earth Juice A.K.A. - Water Part 6

      Putting the plan in action
Okay, so we now know that water can help us lose belly fat and aid in our healthy weight loss, but the difficulty lies in how to best introduce something to our lives that might have been a relatively foreign substance beforehand.  It is estimated that the average person – despite the well known recommendation – drinks too little water.  Many Americans avoid it all together, because they would rather have one of the other beverage options on the market.  That being said, it can be difficult to imagine finding room for so much extra fluid every day.

It is best to begin by determining how much water you should be drinking.  Though eight glasses is the normal recommended amount, it is not always enough for people who are trying to lose belly fat, healthy weight loss or just maintaining their body.  A better rule of thumb when attempting to shed healthy weight loss or to lose belly fat  is to drink half of their body weight in ounces of water. As an example, consider a two-hundred pound person.
·         Divide the total weight by two pounds:
200 lbs / 2lbs = 100
·         The result is the number of ounces of water that the person should aim to drink each day.  Divide that number by eight ounces to figure out how many glasses.
100ozs / 8ozs =  12.5 glasses  or 5 -  20oz bottles
So, in our example, this person should not drink eight glasses of water per day, but should aim, instead, for twelve and a half glasses.  The increased water will better allow his or her body to lose belly fat and have  healthy weight loss. It will also help to account for the water loss due to sweating during exercise.  If excessive exercise is being done or the person works in a hot, dry climate, even more water will likely be necessary to stay properly hydrated.
This number likely seems intimidating to most people.  You are not alone, but there are ways to make this plan a reality.

First, it is important to understand that drinking the water too quickly or all at once will decrease the effectiveness.  The body needs time to absorb it.  Thus, for those who are not likely to want to sip on water throughout the day, it might be better to set a watch or phone alarm.  Starting with the first glass of water when you wake, drink one glass every hour and you will find that it is not nearly as daunting as you thought.  If a whole glass in one sitting is still too much, consider changing it to half a glass every half an hour.  Before long, it will become habit and you will no longer need the alarm to remind you.

Though water is always best in its most natural form, there are many people who will simply get burnt out on drinking tasteless liquid over and over again all day long.  It is perfectly understandable.  We have been spoiled by sweet tasting beverages, which are either riddled with high calorie sugars or full of fake sweeteners, which are not any healthier.  Knowing this, there are some alternatives to straight water that will make this journey a little easier.
·         Fruit – in its natural, raw form, many fruits contain high concentrations of water and very few calories.  Consider water fruits throughout the day to help build your water intake.  Though, do be aware that one piece of fruit is not the same as a glass of water.
·         Tea – It too comes straight from nature and offers many health benefits, but when choosing tea over water, remember to choose one without caffeine.  Herbal green and white teas are your best bet for mimicking the effects of straight water, while enjoying a little added flavor.  Drink it hot in the morning or in the evening and iced during the day to mix things up a little.
