Quick Breakfast but a Healthy Breakfast

Wow, did you know even a quick breakfast but a healthy breakfast helps you maintain your weight management goals. Research shows that 78% of people in the National Weight Control Registry who have lost at least 60 pounds and kept it off for an average of 6 years have breakfast everyday. Your body must be fed nutrition in the morning when you wake up, just like your car needs fuel to run. The problem in todays society is that people are in such a hurry that they grab a quick breakfast that more times than not is not healthy such as a coffee and muffin, or just not eat anything at all, or stop on the way to work and grab food that is not a meal but gives them the sensation of eating. Our bodies will run effectively when our cells are nourished with proper nutrition.
