Building Muscle No Matter What You Age!
The importance of building muscle mass is very important no matter what age you are. Young or old having lean muscle mass is critical to maintain a healthy lifestyle. To get a good example of someone that is say the golden age, but still exemplifies great lean muscle mass, one can look at Madonna. Still at the age 52 she sets the standard of what your body can look like while aging. There is no species of life that gains muscle mass as they age. We as humans peak with muscle mass in our mid 20's. At that point every 10 years we lose approximately 3% muscle starting at the age of 30. Having lean muscle mass helps as stay healthy and burn unwanted fat storage in the body. We humans see significant losses of body mass as we age, that is the reason behind most disabilities. Research has been suggested that building lean muscle mass will improve the quality of life as well as extend our lives.
